Description: The active ingredients of the mandelic acid break down the intracellular links, and stimulate collagen synthesis and cell regeneration. It has a bacteriostatic effect that regulates blemished, oily and acneic skin. It inhibits the synthesis of melanin and helps renew skin damaged by sun exposure.

Main Characteristics & Effects: An alpha hydroxy acid, derived from almonds, one of the largest AHAs, and as a result, it penetrates the skin at a slower rate, making it less irritating for the skin.
